On or around July 16, 2022, Steel River Systems, LLC (“Steel River”) became aware of suspicious activity on its computer network, indicating a data breach. Based on a forensic investigation, Steel River confirmed that one or more cybercriminals had accessed or acquired certain files containing sensitive information. The investigation determined that the files accessed by cybercriminals contained the personal information of 219,447 individuals.

- Financial account information
As a result of the data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly confidential information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud.
