On February 4, 2023, NCB Management Services, Inc. (“NCB Management”) detected unusual activity on its internal network, indicating a data breach. Based on an investigation, NCB Management confirmed that cybercriminals gained access to its systems and potentially acquired the sensitive personal information of at least 494,969 individuals.
