On or around February 27, 2023, Mondelez Global LLC (“Mondelez”) became aware of unauthorized access to its systems, indicating a data breach. Based on a third-party forensic investigation, Mondelez confirmed that unauthorized cybercriminals infiltrated its inadequately secured network and gained access to its systems. Mondelez determined that the information acquired by cybercriminals included the personal data of 51,110 individuals.

- Employment information
As a result of the data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly confidential information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud.
