On or about June 30, 2023, Entertainment Partners or EP Global Solutions, LLC (“Entertainment Partners”) detected unusual activity on its computer network, indicating a data breach. Based on an investigation, Entertainment Partners confirmed that cybercriminals gained access to its systems and potentially acquired the sensitive personal information of at least 471,362 individuals.

As a result of the data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly confidential information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud.
