Designed Receivable Solutions Data Breach

Recently, Designed Receivable Solutions, Inc. (“Designed Receivable Solutions”) detected suspicious activity on its computer network, indicating a data breach. Subsequently, on March 23, 2024, Designed Receivable Solutions reported a “hacking/IT incident” to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (HHS). Accordingly to the information provided to HHS, Designed Receivable Solutions determined that cybercriminals infiltrated its computer systems and thereby gained access to sensitive data, including the personal information of 129,584 individuals.
