On or around November 17, 2025, Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. (“Cornerstone Staffing”) became aware of suspicious activity on its computer network, indicating a data breach. Based on a subsequent forensic investigation, Cornerstone Staffing determined that cybercriminals infiltrated this inadequately secured network and gained access to its files between November 6, 2025 through November 21, 2025. The investigation further determined that, through this infiltration, cybercriminals potentially accessed and/or acquired files containing the sensitive personal information of thousands of individuals.
The personal information exposed in the data breach varied by individual but may have included:
- Names
- Social Security numbers
- Financial account information
- Credit/debit card information
- Driver’s license numbers
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
- Dates of birth
- Other personal information
As a result of the Cornerstone Staffing data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly confidential information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud.
