GlobalLogic Data Breach

GlobalLogic, Inc. (“GlobalLogic”) recently became aware of a security incident impacting its Oracle E-Business Suite environment. Based on a subsequent forensic investigation, GlobalLogic determined that cybercriminals infiltrated this inadequately secured Oracle environment and gained access to GlobalLogic files between between July 10, 2025 through August 20, 2025. The investigation further determined that, through this infiltration, cybercriminals accessed and/or acquired files containing the sensitive personal information of thousands of individuals.

The information exposed in the data breach includes, but is not limited to:

  • Names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Financial account information
  • Passport information
  • Dates of birth
  • Addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email addresses

As a result of the GlobalLogic data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly confidential information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud.
