90 Degree Benefits Data Breach

On or about December 10, 2022, 90 Degree Benefits, Inc.’s Wisconsin location, formerly EBSO, Inc. (“90 Degree Benefits”) detected unusual activity on its internal network, indicating a data breach. Based on an investigation, 90 Degree Benefits confirmed that cybercriminals gained access to its systems and potentially acquired the sensitive personal information of at least 181,543 individuals.

  • Addresses
  • Social Security numbers
  • Dates of birth
  • Medical/health information
  • Payment information

As a result of the data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly confidential information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud.
